Hamid Reza Sedghian, the founder and president of Century 21 of Persia LLC, received his B.S. in Civil engineering from Gilan technical university in 1997 and his B.A. in Law from the Islamic Azad University in 2008.

Mr. Sedghian has been the president of Century 21 of Persia since 1997. Through his management, the company has undertaken more than 40 constructional projects with the total value of 700 million USD either as consultant or contractor.
